Transportation Reinvestment Zone (TRZ) Feasibility Study – Study to review the level of future revenue that could be produced over a 30 year time frame by the implementation of a 2-mile wide zone that is bisected by Loop 20 South, extending from US 59 to the Rio Grande. The zone allocates a percentage of future tax revenue over the 30 year time frame that would be implemented for future identified transportation projects within the limits of the 2-mile zone. The study is anticipated to be completed by October 2022.
