Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) – Study to determine the level of traffic produced in 2025 and 2035 due to the proposed Webb County Fairgrounds from the Webb County Fairground Master Plan. The study will describe the amount of traffic produced by the project, the change in mobility performance in the surrounding transportation infrastructure due to the increased traffic and recommendations of improvements to the adjacent roadway as well internal movement of traffic in the development to mitigate the increase in traffic due to the proposed improvements. The study is anticipated to be completed by December 2022.
