The Vision Zero Webb Laredo Comprehensive Safety Action Plan Completed
[Laredo, Webb County, Texas | April 2025] – The Webb County-City of Laredo Regional Mobility Authority (WC-CL RMA), with support from the U.S. Department of Transportation and the City of Laredo, announces the completion of the Vision Zero Webb Laredo Comprehensive Safety Action Plan. The Plan is now available at the www.visionzerowebblaredo.com website for digital download, along with various technical appendices.
