Springfield Future Phases

The WC-CL RMA is supporting the City of Laredo with $1M in Category 12-Strategic Partnership funds in construction funding for two additional phases of the Springfield Avenue corridor.  Phase II of the project will extend from International Blvd. to Shiloh Drive at an estimated cost of $5.2M.  Phase IV of the project will extend from north of San Isidro Parkway to US 59 (Bob Bullock Loop) at an estimated cost of $1.0M.
